Overriding Service Level Rules

I run R4277705 to update service level rules.  I find a sales order line on the report that does not meet the Line Level service level rule.

The SO line is for 8 pieces.  I adjust in 6 pieces and try to fulfill the line from the fulfillment workbench.  I get the warning about the service level rule.

I edit the sales order line and go into the Service Level Rules Inquiry Override.  I change Line Minimum Fill Percent form 100 to 50%.

Save the sales order.

Back to the fulfillment workbench, try to release the line.  Report says that service level rule was not met.
