Is it possible to use Orchestrator to move data between environments for testing?

We would the ability to move specific records in a table from say DV to PY or the other way around for testing purposes.  Is there a way to utilize Orchestrator or another JDE tool to do so instead of writing SQL?  Thanks for the help.
