Change date format in Xoffice (v16) for report date arguments

I would like to change the date format for report date arguments.

I would like to have it in the following format dd/mm/yyyy for all locales

I have done several tests with changing the FormatResource for the locale of the user, but that doesn't seem to be used.

When I compare the format on the screen and the formats defined in the FormatResource files, then I see that it does not match.

Is this something specific and where can this be changed?
