am trying to install siebel 8 & 7.7

Dear All

Am trying to run setup and start file to install siebel 8 & 7.7 (sample) version on windows 7 (64 bit ) & xp

Am getting the error called ikernel.exe not found   is it windows error / siebel error

Is it siebel crm is 32 bit / 64 bit different versions there ? or how can please suggest further
