Applying pay type multiplier on

Could anybody advise me how to setup the system regarding the following case?

The various types of overtime we have (1.2, 1.5, 2.0) are calculated based on the rate that derives from basic salary plus a salary allowance (which is percent on basic salary) and not based on the hourly rate of the basic salary which is the default system functionality.

Is there a way I can set up the overtime taking into consideration also the allowance before the system applies the overtime pay type multiplier?

This will help me to setup salary provisions, leave provisions too, which takes into consideration the basic and the allowance.
