Agile PLM, Process Extension missing Internal Custom Action

Hello,

We've been using a process extension for 6 months now and for some reason the Internal Custom Action file has disappeared from the list values on that said process extension.

The jar file has all the necessary files within it and its located in an extension folder on our application server.

How do we get the file name back on the list of values to select on a process extension without restarting the application?
