Subscription fulfillment program not creating an Order

Hi,

We are in 12.2 version of Oracle and as part of subscription fulfillment process, sales order is not getting created for tangible product as part of fulfillment cycle.

The program shows below error:

order create  return status = E

NO Order Lines

Message      : Error messages from Order Management

Message      : Contracts will not get called as contract template id and source document type id are not provided.

Message      : Error in Line: 1 :No workflow has been assigned to this transaction type

Message      : Encountered error condition in Package OKS_OC_INT_KTO_PVT Procedure CREATE_O_FROM_K

I have cross checked the order type "Subscription" which has line workflow (Ship Only) has been associated.
