IP17 Upgrade - IRM runs very slow

Hello team,

We are upgrading from siebel 8113 SIA to IP17.6. Upgrep is completed, but IRM becomes very slow the moment "Processing Type- Integration Component field user prop Batch -1...".

Below is the details of our existing environment:

- Current Server

      Siebel 8113 SIA

      DB- MS SQL sever 2008

    DB Operating System: Win 2003

- Upgrading to

    Siebel IP17 PatchSet6

    DB: MS SQL 2014

    DB Operating System: Win 2012 R2 (on MS Azure cloud)

It runs at same step for 6-7 hours. We killed the IRM process. DBA re-run the db stat, fragmentation and indexing taken care. Re-ran IRM, when it start it's quick, but moment it reaches above mentioned step "Integartion cpmponent.." it becomes slow..and keep running.... never completes.
