Siebel profile update without restart

We have setup multiple profile for fetching n displaying data from external datasrc.We have created new datasrc copying  serverdatasrc in siebel enterprise profile.

However password for those extrenal datasrc getting expired every 60 days so we have to change those password & to update the password we need to restart the siebel enterprise.

My question is is there anyway we can avoid restart while updating the password.
