Asset Location Change

Hi

We need to change asset location for bulk of Assets.

While doing the Mass Transfer the system is creating accounting entry. Is there a way to avoid it as we change only the location and not the accounting assignment

1. Is there any impact if we update from backend to the existing location flexfield combination?

2. Is it creating because the old line will be inactivated and the new line which is created by the location change is considered as account assignment change by the system?
