JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation

Hello Team,

Not sure what is the issue every time when I try to hit access debrief button from 'Service' or 'FSTP' responsibility or standalone debrief page, straight away I am getting the attached error log. Please advice what could be the issue here?
