Supplemental Life Based on Election Amount

I've got multiple benefit costs to calculate that is based on an elected amount.  I've already designated the LIfe Ins #1 and Life Ins #2 for the Employee's and the Spouse's supplemental life election, respectively.  Where else could I hold additional election amounts for the other benefit DBAs that I intend to calcualte?
