Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there a document to know the technical impact of upgrading to R12.1.3 to R12.2.6

i.e. with respect to changes in table structure or addition etc.
