How to eleminate zero value Subledger Transactions

Hi experts

There are some zero value transactions generating from Subledger and posting in GL day to day table and storage volume will be increase if we post these type of journal lines

and it might be cause transaction /process performance  , How to remove zero value lines before posting in GL
