WM Approval Process

Hi All,

I tried to set-up approval process for maintenance work order. I used the following documents. But When i open P98860 task maneger screen, screen seems different from the document. There is no "APPROVE" row. And, e-mail is not like the doc Doc ID 1501744.1. It's like below. Is the only way that send a mail to approve work order? Is there any screens to see all the requests except P98860?
