new instance on OAS 10.1.2

Hello Folks,

We JDE 8.11 with TR 8.96.2 on windows platform and web servers are running on OAS 10.1.2

We want to create new instance on the same OAS, Kindly help me, how i can create new instance on the same as i am new on OAS.
