EXPDP Failed with ORA-00600 Internal Error Code 12c

Hi All,

I am facing the following error while EXPDP in Oracle 12c over network link,

ORA-39014: One or more workers have been terminated

ORA-39029: Worker 1 with process name "DW00" terminated

ORA-31671: Worker process DW00 had an unhandled exception

ORA-00600 Internal Error Code, arguments [kupfuGetFileCtx], [CtxVal], [0], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

.............

ORA-00600 Internal Error Code, arguments [opidsii1], [13], [14], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

and export terminated due to fatal error.

is there any solution? I have searched a lot but could not find any.
