Transaction commit error - P4205

Hi All,

I am getting error during Ship confirmation (P4205) saying Transaction commit failure, Transaction cancelled  on the Web and the Order is stored in Record Reservation table. The same Order can be processed successfully running locally (on fat client) without any issues. There is no changes to the application or functions.

This happens in our CRP environment but in development environment no issues. Only thing we upgraded the AS/400 to V7R2. Any inputs will be appreciated.
