How do we get/re-create this standard Oracle executable if we have it corrupted in $FND_TOP/bin (it has 0 bytes)? We have Oracle EBS R12.1.3 on SUSE 64 bit...

Can we move/copy this file from a different 'similar' instance and it will work?
