NACHA CTX FILE FORMAT FOR EBS 12.1.1

Currently using Oracle EBS version 12.1.3 paying supplier invoices using NACHA CCD file format. Suppliers are requesting that we start using the NACHA CTX file format. Even though format template , IBY_PAY_EFT_NACHA_CTX_US, is listed in the LOV of the Payments Format form the template does not exist.

Opened service request with Oracle support and was told that I need modify the seeded template.

Has anyone modified a seeded NACHA template for the CTX format for EBD version 12.1.3?
