Agile, Engineering Collaboration - EC Connector login URL

Hello,

When logging into Agile through the EC connector it will not provide a designated URL to go to Agile PLM. This is currently, happening to only one user, not all users. We have reinstalled the connector but still no URL is designated even after the user enters one. Meaning, every time the user tries to connect to Agile using EC the user has to place a URL in the login window. Any suggestions on how to place the designated URL automatically on the login window when using the EC connector?
