How to generate .pdf and .csv from a RD submission?

Hello to everyone in the community, I wanted to know if anyone has successfully generated .pdf, and .csv output from a single RD submission through embedded BI publisher in JDE tools release 9.2.2.

We have business scenario where we have to send email output to some vendors in pdf format, others have to receive the same email in CSV/excel format, is there any way of doing this which doesn't require business to submit the same UBE twice?. Thank you.
