Price on Quotation won't update above what it is currently set to, triggers price exceeded tolerance

Pretty much what the subject says.

I'm running into issues when trying to update the price of an item on a quotation at the line level using the PDOI, every time I attempt to update the price higher than what it is currently set to it will always trigger the price exceeded tolerance notification.

I've followed the update price on quotation at (Doc ID 1406003.1), but that doesn't seem to work. It should be pretty simple and straight forward, but there's something triggering the price exceeded tolerance that shouldn't be.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
