JDE: PowerForms Resizing on 9.2/TR9.2.2.2

We just got 9.2 on Tools 9.2.2.2 up and running, and noticing a bug with our PowerForms that seems to be Tools Related more than Apps.  When you open the PowerForm application, it either a) doesn't fill the entire browser and takes up a percentage of the real estate, or b) fills the browser as it should.  Then when you expand your window to enlarge it and make it wider, the PowerForm grows in relation to the browser window, but when you collapse the size of the window to start reducing it, you have a scroll bar where the PowerForm
