X3 cost type doubled every cost simulation

Have you ever had this problem with product cost?

I have a purchasing part number where the cost method is 07 for inventory and 07 for purchasing.

For product cost I have A1 as $50.00 and added X3 as $1.00.

The first simulation the total goes to $51.00 as expected. Hence I got the cost frozen and everything goes well and the standard cost got updated to $51.00 as expected.

Without changing anything, if I just run the simulation again, the simulated cost goes to $52.00 (added X3 again).

If I keep running the simulation the cost gets increased by X3 cost over and over again.

I should I do to make it right? or it is a bug?
