Cannot see the debrief lines for multiple task assignments scenario

Hello,

I cannot view the debrief lines for an assignee that is different from the Task Assignee in "Task Assignee" field in Task tab. I found the following document and as per this, it's a bug and a patch is recommended by Oracle. However it says this may be intended for R12.2.5 and later. In spite of this, I want to know if this functionality is available in R12.2.3 (our client is on R12.2.3), it is not working when there is more than one task assignment.
