IP2017 - Work with Workspace

Dear Siebel experts,

is there any possibility to open and inspect Integration Workspace?  From any reason we are not allowed, when we try to open Delivered Integration Workspace ,then application crashes.

If not,  how we can test changes from several developer workspaces?
