Hello everyone..

We're facing an issue in Siebel Loyalty..

Context: we have a member who is purchasing a product (redemption), and he needs a LOAN to complete the total points of the product demands, but there is an error during the process flow.

We have a workflow process in charge of dealing redemptions with LOAN. In the workflow there are two steps (there are more steps, but we are only focusing on those two) calling a Business Service, which throws an error in a method:

"The value entered in field Member ID of buscomp LOY Transaction does not match any value in the bounded pick list LOY PickList Member. (SBL-DAT-00225)"
