Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to create new Hold Type and Workflow Activity

Can any one advice me how to create new Type for a Hold.

OM -> setup -> Orders -> Holds

In the Hold type - where can I create a new one so that i can pick from this LOV

Also in the Workflow item i only see OM Order Header and OM Order Line. How can i get 'Pick Line' in the LOV.
