BSV assigned already to the Legal Entity but still able to select in the Ledger assignment and no LO

Hi, good day!

I would like to raise an issue. We have a situation where we unassigned already the BSV in the Ledger assignment and assigned it in the Legal Entity but still we cannot select such BSV when creating transactions in Oracle Payable. What could be a possible work around solution for this issue?
