Time cards already posted to journals were deleted when adding an Interim

One of our payroll staff was working with the Interim Payment workbench to create some interims, which is done on a regular basis. She had
entered an address# and went to the Timecard Selection tab where the “Load Existing Timecards to Grid” was selected. This pulled in some timecards for a number of dates which included the ones required for the interim. (By the way, some of these time cards had already been posted to the GL.) So the “Unload Existing Timecards from Grid” was selected to remove all records. Then dates were entered into the From Date and Thru Date to get only the required records for the interim. Again “Load Existing Timecards to Grid” was selected but no time records were pulled in.
