Outbound emails 'Not Delivered'
In our CRM application (HR Help Desk), we are seeing a small number of emails, are showing up as 'Not Delivered' in the search outgoing correspondence. We investigated one email last week, and the end user says they did not receive the email. This was sent to the employee's company email address, so this is internal mail. Has anyone had this problem? Any thoughts on where to focus our troubleshooting?
