Error message seen in Xadmin as well as the registers

It is reported that the error message seen in Xadmin, as well as the registers and making lot of noise in the logs although, it is not affecting the functionality.

Chain 'UPDATE_PASSWDS_FROM_NONLEAD' aborted, error was from action 'move-passwds-file-to-inbox-from-upload': ['Action move-passwds-file-to-inbox-from-upload is already running in another thread!']
