Auto Deposit Overrides "R" - Pay using remainder account

We are trying to pay out bonuses, using interims, but they would like them to be auto deposited.  Some of our EE's have 3-4 auto deposits.  We would like the full amount to go to their "R" remainder accounts.  I've set up the interim payroll working bench with the "R" in the Auto Deposit Override , set to Computer not Manual, but it still produces a check or distributes the funds to various accounts not just the "R".

Any help would be appreciated.
