Be able to see each other's unauthorized orders in UWQ

Hi Team,

Is it possible that some users can get see each other’s ‘Not Accepted’ and ‘Cancel Rejected’ orders in the UWQ?

We want to have control over the order flow and take care of the Not Accepted’ and ‘Cancel Rejected’  orders even when someone is on leave.

What is needed to make that work?

please help me out to resolve this issue.
