Serial control at completion

Hello Gurus, The purpose of this document is to put a control on serial numbers so that once a serial is issued to a job, the same serial must not be available for users to complete off a different job. Example: if serial “A” is issued to job 1 and for some reason the user cancels the Job 1, the system allows the user to complete the Serial “A “off Job 2. The serial now shows two records as “WIP component issue” for Job 1 and “WIP Assembly Completion” on Job2. We want to restrict this behavior from happening on the
