CTI Activity - Not visible immediately. Need to refresh Siebel UI

Hello - We're using Siebel CTI functionality. Everything is working file. CTI activity is getting created but it’s NOT visible immediately.

We've exposed activity list applet under account form applet. Users have to refresh /re-query records in activity list applet to see CTI activity and its big usability issue.

Is there any way we could refresh Siebel UI automatically without  refresh /re-query action from users. We only need to refresh when its CTI activity.
