Prepayment Remittance Notice - Logic of Start and End Date

According to the AP User Guide the start and end date parameters of the Prepayment Remittance Notice, refers to the Invoice Date.

I have a Prepayment dd 25 Oct 16

Which is used for an invoice dd 15 Feb 2017

Creation and GL Date                29 Mar 17

Application Date                         02 May 2017

When I run the Remittance Notice from 1 to 2 Feb, there is no output

When I run the Remittance Notice from 1 to 31 Mar, there is no output

When I run the Remittance Nitice from 1 to 31 May, there is no output

Only when I run the Remittance Notice from 1 Feb to 31st May, there is output, which also includes
