WIP job Assembly Item not shown in IBpage and not shown in csi_item_instances table

Hi

I have an issue where Sub Item part of WIP Job is shown in IB with serial number, However job Assembly item not shown in IB when searched with serial number.

Following are the observations

1)Both the SubItem and WIP Job Assembly item has same serial number but only subitem is seen in IB page and CSI_item_instances table.

2)Transaction History of the SubItem which was WIP ASSEMBLY COMPLETED and again WIP ISSUE transaction carried out, which is not possible and UNUSUAL

3)However when checked from WIP view material transactions, JOB ASSEMBLY ITEM WAS SHOWN WITH SERIAL NUMBER
