I need a query showing the coverage template used for each line in a service contract.

Does someone have such a query?  I need to search the service contracts for lines having a given coverage template.  We had a part number set up with the wrong template, and now we're finding there are significant down-stream consequences.  We are trying to identify contracts that were created using the wrong template so we can correct them.
