Cancel Action for Reject Order doesn't work properly

we are on JDE 9.10 and we are encountering a problem when doing the "cancel action" of rejecting a purchase order. The result is that the document is rejected, while it shouldn't be as we are cancelling the reject action.

steps to reproduce:

- create a PO and submit it for approval

- on the approval screen the approuver select the PO, select a line and then select "REJECT" on the "ROW" menu

- on the new screen for inserting remarks the approver only clicks on the red cross to cancel the reject action

- result: the PO is rejected

We expect that the PO is still in the pending approval list.
