running a updates atom in Xenvironment

Hi,

I would like to do automatic deployments of jar files to registers when xcenter is offline through automation script.

I could place the jar-updates along with update.ok file in C:\updates\inbox\xstore-immediate and run UPDATES atom from xenvironment gui to apply the updates. I am looking for a way to run this atom without going into xenvironment gui. Is there a marker I can create so that atoms starts automatically.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
