Error in executing action plan against Doc ID 1605764.1

Hi All,

I am getting below error while executing point number 2 in the Solution area of the subject note:

"Error 400--Bad Request

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.4.1 400 Bad Request

The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax. The client SHOULD NOT repeat the request without modifications"

Please check and guide.
