Issue changing Java Color Scheme on responsibility level

Hi I am hoping someone can help. We are in the process of bringing a new organisation into NI Water and have set up a separate Invoicing responsibility for the new organisation called Alpha HQ Invoice Entry.  Our Accounts Payable section have asked that the colour of the form for the new invoicing responsibility be different from the current Invoicing responsibility. Our default is swan and the profile option Java look and feel has a default of Oracle. We can change the colour of the form in the new responsibility and it displays correctly if we open it first but
