Installation is failing while installing SIM V16 with SSL

in Store Inventory Management (MOSC) Question

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue while installing SIM v16 with SSL. I have created a self signed certificate with a key length 2048 and installed weblogic (Admin and managed) 12 c with SSL and performed the required configuration. here Admin server port is 7021 with SSL the port is 7022. Which port should I use in the SIM installation ?.. I tried with both ports still facing same issue.

While installing SIM v16 in screens I have checked the SSL.

Below is the installer log.
