Export to CSV is exporting 1 line lesser

Hi Team,

We are using 9.2 application release with 9.2.1.4 Tools release.

When user is trying to perform export to CSV its retrieving 1 record lesser than actual record( means out of 10 its retrieving 9 record only in CSV file).

Current JAS setting :
