Getting error - Please enter the alternative bank name and please enter a bank number

Hi,

We are getting below error while creating supplier bank in Oracle.

1. Please enter the alternative bank name

2. please enter a bank number

In setup screen, Bank number is optional but still we are getting this error and if we enter something also getting same error.

Attached screen shot for reference.

Please check and help me to fix the issue.
