have session level log

We have upgraded OTM 6.3.7 to 6.4.3. After upgrade , our end user is complaining that they their session is being logged out because of random timeout. This is very random in nature eg.

- for some user it happens even without doing any activity

- for some user it just happens after 2  minutes and for some 5 minutes and for some just after 20 seconds.

- It is happening with any user so no specific user has complained

My question : How can we set a session level logginig/tracing in OTM 6.4.3 so that we can analyze what is happening in a specific sessio(or user). We will do it only for testing purpose.
