I am looking to for emcli command to set the backup parameters for a database in OEM

I am looking to for emcli command to set the backup parameters for a database in OEM ( in OEM GUI we can do it by Database  Backup & recovery  Backup settings ) . where do I set the backup settings using the EMCLi command   i need to setup tape parameters using emcli  before I can run emcli backup_database -destination_media=tape , so trying to figure out where i can set these parameters using EMCLI  Appreciate if I can get help on this
