Getting error in OUI while opening the Notes pick applet

Hi All,

We have a issue with OUI and getting the below error while opening the Notes pick applet. If we open it in HI it's working fine. OUI version is 8.1.1.10 and the application is Service.

Can you please let me know if any one come across this issue and what is the solution for this. This issue occurs if the records are created through the interface.
